BEIJING, March 9 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping told his U.S. counterpart, Donald Trump, via phone on Friday that he hopes the United States and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) will start dialogue as soon as possible and strive for positive results.
